Vice governor Li Xiaopeng met with Evans, the CEO of Quinitana Capital Group on 1 December in Taiyuan. Li Xiaopeng introduced the Shanxi status, especially the energy industry to the guest. They discussed the investment and international cooperation between Shanxi province and Quiitana.

Evans is the former minister of Department of commerce, USA. Quintana is the largest coal resource owner in USA, playing a lead role in the exploitation, development and utilization of  coal, oil, gas and coalbed methane in the world. In this visit, Mr. Evans will inspect the policy and project in the energy investment field and exchange views in investment and cooperation with related department in Shanxi province.
