He coordinates and contacts with the Provincial Commerce Research Center, Provincial International Economic and Trade Association and Provincial Foreign Trade and Economic Accounting Association.

Li Jinfeng: Deputy Director
Li assists the Director-General with responsibility for Office of Mechanics and Electrics and Office of Trade in Services. He also coordinates and contacts with the Provincial Commerce Development Center, Provincial Machinery & Electronic Products Import & Export Association, and Provincial Foreign Trade Scientific and Technical Storage and Transportation and Freight Owner and Forwarder Association.

Shi Guizhang: Member of the CPC Party Group, Deputy Director
Shi assists the Director-General with responsibility for Foreign Trade Office and Foreign Affairs Office, the routine work of Office of Human Resources, Education and Labor. He also coordinates and contacts with the Provincial International Commercial Vocational College, Provincial Commerce Cadre Colleges and Provincial Commercial Exchange Association.

Qiao Liangsheng: Member of the CPC Party Group, Deputy Director of Shanxi Provincial Department of Commerce Responsible for overall work of the Provincial Investment Promotion Bureau.

Yang Laishuan: Member of the CPC Party Group, Deputy Director
Yang assists director-general of Shanxi Provincial Department of Commerce, in charge of the Department of Market System Development, Department of Commercial Reform and Development and the Provincial Office of Rectification and Standardization of Market Economic Order. Coordinate and liaise with provincial catering service companies, the Management Service Department of Provincial Trade Buildings, Provincial Breaking Scrap Automobile Management Center, Provincial Intellectual Property Protection Informant and Complaint Service Center and related domestic trade circulation associations.

Gao Wenping: Member of the CPC Party Group, Deputy Director
Gao assists the Director of Shanxi Provincial Department of Commerce in charge of the Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao and the Business Development Area Administrative Office, the Foreign Investment Management office, departmentⅠand department Ⅱfor Old Cadre's Affairs. Liu Jin: Member of the CPC Party Group, Deputy Director

Coordinate and liaise with provincial commercial design institutes, provincial foodstuffs companies and Shanxi Association of Refrigeration.

Ma assists the Director of Shanxi Provincial Department of Commerce in charge of Financing Department, Foreign Economic Cooperation Department and Department of Industry Injury Investigation.
